I booked 1st Class Carpet Cleaner's to clean my livingroom and hallway stairs and landing carpets and also a mattress deep clean too after reading their reviews and because they were local to me.
I was given a price on the phone and paid that price on the day.
I found the whole service from the original contact to completion of the work very professional.
My carpets were not in the best of condition, but they removed all the staining. The mattress deep clean was great, removed the staining on it, and it looked and smelt like new.
I am really pleased with the results, quality of workmenship, and the friendly professional approach by Brett and AJ.

Very professional and friendly people. Worked non stop the whole time. Did a thorough clean on my armchair and sofa. Took a while to dry but I was able to leave it overnight and it was perfectly dry next morning. Came up a treat and looked almost like new. Will certainly use them again for my carpets. 1st Class responded promptly to my request for a quote to clean two deep pile rugs. Their quote was reasonable given that it included collection and delivery and the removal of pet stains and odour. Their communications, via text/email were timely and when speaking to Brett I found him to be friendly, polite and he took the time to explain the process used. A timescale for returning the rugs was given and this was adhered to with the customer being given the flexibility of fitting in the return to suit their convenience. 1st Class Carpet Cleaners provide an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely brilliant service.

When you're looking for a carpet cleaner you are always worried someone will come around with no experience armed with a vax and a bit of Vanish. Definitely not the case with these guys.

They have all the professional kit (I couldn't believe the size of the cleaner) and all the correct products and critically the knowledge of how to use them.

I was convinced my carpet was going to have to be replaced after a spillage but it has come up like new. Thanks so much!
