End of Tenancy Carpet Clean - The carpets were in a terrible condition, smelly, dirty - not ordinary wear and tear, really marked and stained. Cowell's turned up, and worked their socks off. They have good equipment, and did a great job. The appointments and customer liaison was friendly and professional.
