We needed the carpets cleaned at short notice in a buy to let property before it could be let out, Glen liaised with the letting agent to gain access, view what was needed and told us the best course of action and price. Once agreed Glen went back and did the work within the time frame we needed. The work was done to a very high standard and without the work it would have been harder to let the property for the market price. With the work done the property has now been rented out. We will use Fresher Floors for future work without hesitation

From the start Glen was very responsive on email. It was easy to arrange an appointment and he turned up on time. Glen took me through the processes he was going to do and within two hours my lounge carpet looked like new. Really pleased with the result. Would recommend Glen to anyone.
