MAVIS CARPET CLEANING

Been using Mavis carpet cleaning for over 5 years now and wouldn’t use anyone else!
Always a professional finish with a friendly chat. I have 2 young children and a puppy so use on a regular basis .
Will always bend over backwards to meet my requirements and my carpets are always smelling fresh.
I stupidly put cream carpets down when we moved in before our children but they still look new thanks to Peter.

Had Peter in to fully clean both my restaurant and private accommodation carpets. For the trade side he must have removed about 20 years of footfall - carpets have come up a treat and will give us a new lease of life and save an absolute fortune. The personal accommodation where there is less footfall basically came up like new and smelt fresh - very professional and pleasant chap and price was a real surprise (in a very good way!) Highly recommended

Peter did a full 3 bed house end of tenancy carpet clean. Very friendly and helpful. Did a good job at a very reasonable price.

Peter came and cleaned my lounge carpet and hall carpet, today I am really pleased they not only look good they smell fresh, I would definitely have him again . he was also friendly, I would recommend mavis thank you

Such a good service once again from Mavis carpet cleaning. I have used this company a few times before and I've always been pleased with the job done. This time I needed an emergency clean and Mavis Cleaning came out the next day. Thoroughly recommend.

I used Mavis carpet cleaning services and I will never use them again. I paid for 3 rooms to be cleaned.
We moved everything out of the rooms except a bed in two bedrooms and a small sofa in the lounge.
When he had gone we went to move one of the beds and noticed that half of the bedroom carpet hadn't been cleaned. We phoned the following day and spoke to the chap that had supposedly cleaned the carpets and his response was oh I thought I done it or I was busy concentrating on the door area etc etc.
He did not come across professional.
He said leave it with him because he needed to look at his diary and he said he would be back in touch.
Two days passed by and on both those days I tried calling to find out what was going on. He did not reply to my messages or calls.
My husband then phoned on another phone number and he answered, he said he had been trying to get in contact with me but he hadn't.
He said he could re schedule but when that day came and went he did not arrive. Two days later my husband sent a message to him asking where he was and his reply was.
I'm self isolating because of a client testing Positive for covid.
We are so annoyed at this response and how he dealt with our concerns and he didn't even offer a part refund. Not atall professional.

Called Mavis carpet cleaning for an emergency. Chap arrived promptly and was very jolly. Did an excellent cleaning job. Would definitely recommend.
