Prestige Commercial Carpet Cleaning

We hired Prestige to clean our office carpet, after two other firms had failed to do a good job. I had no idea that there were different methods of cleaning carpets, so colour me schooled and impressed.

The quality of the job is very high, and the floors look almost brand new. We were ready to get them replaced, but they now have a new lease of life. Definitely up to the prestige name!

I contacted Prestige about cleaning our office carpets a part of our end of tenancy requirements. I was not certain they would be able to get them back to an acceptable condition due to lots of heavy staining that other cleaners had tried to remove without success, I was convinced we would have to replace the carpets for new. I was very impressed with the fact they didn't promise anything over the phone but came to our office to do an inspection and cleaned a section to demonstrate what results could be expected. This was vastly different from the other companies that we contacted who just gave a rough estimate over the phone. The end result was way beyond what I thought would be achievable, our landlord was also very impressed which made our checkout process smooth and way less costly than what I envisaged. Massive thank you to Chris and his team who I cant rate highly enough.

I can’t recommend Chris and his team enough, so conscientious plus extremely knowledgeable in comparison to other companies we’ve tried over the years. Now I understand the problems of lack of maintenance we will be using them on a more regular maintenance basis rather than leave it so long!

The whole end to end experience with Prestige was fantastic. We had carpets, upholstery and tiles cleaned and Chris was really helpful when talking us through the different options available. On the day, the team were super friendly and did an amazing job. We couldn't believe how they managed to get tiles and floors that had been walked over by two dogs for several years looking like new!
