Arrived, received payment in advance and was left to clean carpets in the property unsupervised. Left carpets in a poor condition. Trader left a voicemail advising that invoice would be emailed later. Trader failed to provide an invoice (which I required as part of an end of tenancy clean). Trader ignored all contact attempts and blocked me on the social media site that was being used to communicate with the business when I advised I would be pursuing my losses through small claims. Avoid this trader.
