My tenant had a massive leak from a radiator in the lounge and the carpet, underlay and all of the flooring underneath was sodden. I called Andrey and he promised to be there within a couple of hours to try and vacuum up as much of the water as possible. He actually managed to vacuum up 41 litres in the end. He was helpful, polite, professional and did a good job.
