Very happy with whitwick carpets, was very helpful right from the beginning by showing us all the different styles to be able to choose both kitchen and sitting room floors, measuring and providing us with quotation very prompt. Very happy with the quality and the installation of both. Would certainly recommend and will be definitely using this company again.

We had a new kitchen flooring fitted by Whitwick carpets, kept it local, support local businesses. Faultless service throughout the whole process, knowledgeable and sound advice upon the first enquiry. No messing about. Did exactly what they said they would do, and did it when arranged. Very professional and courteous service. The fitting team were extremely tidy, cleaned up and took pride in their work. Would, (and will,) use again, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Judd was extremely helpful and dedicated to fitting our booking in as we were on a tight schedule with other trades. He made sure everything was done in time for when we needed it.
The fitters have done an amazing job and were careful when fitting the flooring, making no marks on our freshly painted walls and skirtings. We could not be more pleased.

Judd and his team have just finished installing all underlay, carpets and door bars upstairs at the house and I have to say the service is probably the best service from any company I have ever had. The shop has great choice and in fact was the only place I could get the carpet I wanted from, it wasn't because they stocked it but it was Judd who went out of his way to find somewhere he could get it from for me. Judd makes you feel like you are a very important customer and not only give you all the time you need but is very involved making sure what you are choosing is exactly what will work and look good! They surveyed, they sourced the carpet, the installed on the day and at exactly the time they said they would and they did a truly fantastic job, and our hall and stairs are not easy being a winding staircase having tartan carpet put down. Wayne and Kyle the fitting team were exceptional too, not a moan, not one bit of mess and ultra-polite, they are an absolute credit to the business. Overall a very honest, trustworthy, great to deal with, super-friendly, very affordable, no fuss, outstanding work, massive choice, absolutely great company to deal with. We WILL be using them again and now our neighbour is going to be too. Thank you Judd and Team!!
