Great customer service from Carpet Store Anglia. They dealt with a real challenge when one of their suppliers' delivery companies went into administration really well. Our carpet was stuck in the delivery company warehouse which meant it would be ages before it was released and fitted. CSA allowed us to choose a substitute carpet and get it fitted at very short notice, waving the small increase in price. Not often you see a customer-focused approach like this. Thanks to Liam and his colleagues.

Had four rooms done over the last couple of years, fitters have always been superb - one guy made it a point of personal pride to exactly line up the pattern chosen for the stairs, really went out of his way. Pleased to say, better pricing than the other obvious competitors, did well on price AND service.

I have used Carpet Store Anglia to fit carpets in 5 rooms in my home so far. The fitters are fantastic craftsmen who really care about the quality of their work. The carpets are well priced and good quality and the service in the shop is excellent too.

We recently had Karndean flooring fitted to the hall, living room and dining room. The store were great and Dan the fitter did a fantastic job screeding and laying the floor. There was one chipped corner in one of the strips and carpet store/Dan couldn’t be more helpful in coming out to change it. We are very happy with our flooring and highly recommend them!
