Recently I needed to get some replacement carpets for my flat. Firstly I was incredibly pleased to note that they open late on Thursday which means you can go there after work. The staff there were pleasant and very knowledgeable and were able to very closely match the carpet that I needed replacing. I had a quote with underlay within 15minutes and an appointment with their colleague to come to the flat the next day to measure up!

Whilst the gentleman was there measuring up, it was very quickly established that I needed some new door bars and grippers - surprisingly these added only a very small amount to the original quote which was great.

Luckily there was fitting available within 3 days of me payment so within 5 days from visiting the store, I had brand new carpet in 2 rooms which matched my existing carpets. They even managed to put down one of the carpets that I had to pull up after painting the woodwork. Truly this company went the extra mile...

One BIG sell factory for me is that they were friendlier, politer and CHEAPER than carpet right!

Will definitely use them again!

Had our lounge, stairs and 2 bedroom carpets from here over the last couple of years. They are great quality for a standard price and the fitting is sound. We will use again.

I used Spondon carpets after being recommended by my parents. They fitted karndean flooring to my kitchen, utility and dining room. They were very competitively priced and the service was great. We love the flooring which they have fitted beautifully. Would 100% recommend.

We can't recommend Spondon Carpets enough. They were brilliant from start to finish. The salesman in the shop was so helpful with choosing the LVT for our living and dining rooms, as well as lino for the hallway and carpet for the stairs and landing. Measuring up was done quickly and efficiently and the fitters were punctual, professional and worked to a very high standard. All work was completed within or faster than expected timescales. (They did also comment that our house is like some sort of mad museum, and to be honest we can't disagree! 🤣 )
