No problem with the flooring but the fitter broke my light fan and ripped my new wall paper in 3 places. When we told the man at the shop well wasn't interested said tell the fitter and he was a wast of time just wonted his 150 pounds and left So I would not recommend them..

Always very helpful, not pushy, with a great choice of quality carpets and floor coverings. Their fitters did a wonderful job and were very courteous. Can totally recommend all aspects of this local business.

A good experience all round, from going into shop to choose our floor coverings to fitters coming to lay them. Fitters did a great job, clean and tidy. Shop staff were helpful and polite. Recommended.

Arranged a price for living room laminate, bedroom and stair carpeting with the stair nosing carpeted around. did the stairs and did not do the nosing, when i spoke to the manager he said we don't do that its an American thing, we just the top and bottom step noses.
I said it was agreed and i had paid for it to be done. i was offered no compensation. I suggested to just pull the carpet loose and fix the nosing and add a small bit of carpet at the bottom and he still said no unless I paid for the full fitting again.
I cancelled the laminate and did that myself.
Very bad customer service (rude) unprofessional and no concern for the paying customer.

Done a brilliant job at a reasonable price. Can't fault it at all.
