Fantastic service from Metric carpets! We were due to have our flooring installed during lockdown and they were so flexible in re-arranging and very easy to get hold of. Lorraine and Darren were great to deal with prior to installation and Jay (the fitter) was extremely professional and did a superb job. We’re really happy with the finished product!

Metric have fitted Amtico flooring in our flat. Overall we have been happy with the service we have received. However, the last room to be completed was the lounge, where the flooring joined the flooring in the kitchen it was necessary to take up and relay the floor. We realised immediately that it did not lay correctly and was uneven. The fitter said we should wait to see how it was in a couple of days. As it was no better we asked for someone to rectify it. Unfortunately Metric did not deal with this situation very well. We had at least two appointments cancelled on the day. Once they were supposed to come, which we confirmed in the morning, unfortunately nobody had arrived or called by five PM. Another wasted day housebound during half term. They have been today and, hopefully, fixed the problem.
