Crystal Carpets & Curtains

Having dealt with Crystal Carpets for many years, I have never been anything other than impressed with their product knowledge and polite, efficient manner. Once again they have recently completed a sizeable project for me and I cannot fault any aspect of their attention and the skills of the fitters. In the world of store chains it is refreshing to deal with a welcoming family business.

I am not sure which shop the previous reviewer is writing about?

Crystal Carpets provided and fitted carpet for my daughters bedroom. Phil Davies ( the owner) came round and spent over an hour going through options and measuring up. The fitters were politeness itself and did a fantastic job. Highly Recommended......

Over the years we have had several carpets fitted by Crystal Carpets, and we've always been delighted with the results. They have a great range and I've always found the customer service to be great. They're a family company which has been going for many years. In this day and age that has to mean something!

I’m sure their service is fine, if you have plenty money to spend. Not a shop for people on a budget.

For once I have met a company that looks after their customers......unusual this day and age

Returned home from this shop so aggrieved that I had to see what the online reviews are. The person I spoke to was arrogant to the point of nasty and I couldn’t wait to leave the shop. I had to work hard through this wall of attitude to find out they do very little custom window treatments. Avoid and go to John Lewis.
