Great quality products and really good service. After carpetright messed us around this company not ony supplied a superior product. It was only a week from order to fitting . Will definitely be going back to these again.

Fantastic and friendly customer service from Tony Mustoe carpets throughout the whole process from selecting carpet to the fitting of the said carpet. Quality products at a good price, special mention to the fitters who were punctual and polite, cleaned up after themselves, helpful with carefully moving furniture and did a first class job. Top carpets, at a great price. Glad I live in Cheltenham in the fact that I would have to travel to get these guys in otherwise. Top job, good price, top quality. Difficult to criticise.

Great service from the team at Tony Mustoe's Carpets. Trying to manage a renovation from abroad has its challenges. Giles and Scott are very experienced and have been friendly, innovative, and very flexible, coming up with solutions to problems as they arose and enabling carpet and LVT to be fitted in amongst the other renovation activities to schedule. Thanks also to the fitting teams, especially Gerry with the LVT who has worked long and unsociable hours. The result is fantastic! Many thanks.

Two different stair carpets fitted.after first worn
away on risers both times even though suitable for stairs,so basically have new stair carpet but when use it , it becomes threadbare because we walk up the stairs.either badly fitted with grippers or just awful carpet which was sold as suitable for stairs and heavy domestic uses,wear and tear the manufacturers say.!!
