We are delighted with the look and feel of our new carpet , and the fitting is a top quality job. The fitter was particularly helpful in dealing with our piano which we thought might be a problem! We've also used Kingfisher in the past for vinyl flooring and Karndean and have been really pleased each time.

Had kingfisher measure, supply and fit a new flooring in our hallway. From the very start, their customer service was impeccable; advising me on the most appropriate types of flooring to choose from and then delivering samples. Their dedicated fitter also did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result. Would recommend to anyone as it wasn’t much more expensive than B&Q and IMO, better quality and a more personal service from this local business.

Have just supplied and fitted Karndean flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Excellent service. In particular they were good at keeping us updated on fitting date changes due to COVID problems. The fitter, Paul, was great, cheerful and helpful, always positive with a can-do approach, and discussed and sorted issues as he worked - and did an outstanding, neat, clean job. Cannot praise them highly enough.

The customer service is first class and very personal to the customer. They were patient with my indecisiveness and offered advice. Carpet to be fitted in the next few weeks but I have been delighted with the service so far I know I won't be disappointed.

We had Karndean flooring supplied and fitted by Kingfisher Flooring. Kingfisher provided us with a competitive quotation, and completed the work on the agreed date, Throughout the process, their staff were friendly and helpful, and easy to contact. Their fitter was very professional, and worked to a high standard. My only suggestion for improvement is in the area of paperwork; based on Quickbooks, it is comprehensive and accurate but, from the customer point of view, labyrinthine and rather confusing.

The communication from Kingfisher Flooring has been excellent from start to finish. They were really quick to help us organise an appointment in the showroom and a date for measuring up. The fitting was also organised very efficiently and promptly. We are really happy with the quality of the fitting and the flooring itself.

Literally the BEST company I have ever worked with in every way. Service is incredible, the fitting was done so quickly and too an extremely high spec. These guys really care about their work and customers and look after you and your order process from the beginning to the end. Cannot recommend enough!!
