Clark's Carpets

I am so impressed with this store. The range of rugs, carpets and flooring is extraordinary, but what sets them apart is their excellent customer care skills. I think I have been a very difficult customer, but at all time David Clark was helpful and caring. I would like to thank you all for being so super with me. (Annette C)

Amazing selection of rugs.

Just have had the flooring for the whole of the bottom of floor of the house. Cracking help in the showroom from Dave and Andy, and Ian the fitter was ace. Did exactly what they said they were going to do, and were flexible around my wife changing her mind halfway through......

I used Clarks to lay carpet, vinyl and laminate flooring all over my house. When choosing products everyone was very helpful, the fitters were cheerful and efficient. Sadly there was a problem with the stair carpet that took three visits to sort and the attitude from the store was not helpful or sympathetic to the problem. The two fittera who eventually sorted the problem were brilliant. Sadly I woukd not use this store again.

We’ve used Clark’s in Canterbury for decades, for the supply and fitting of carpets, vinyl, Karndean and laminate. They have a huge range of quality products and the fitting is always excellent. The staff in the shop are friendly and helpful. We’ve just had new carpets fitted, and they remained patient and good-humoured, even though we went back and forth with carpet samples 3 times before make a decision and asked for multiple estimates. The fitters are the best and the finished job always looked great. A quality, local business you can trust.

Phoned Canterbury branch who suggested I come to there shop. Chose Amtico. There rep visited my house. Then they could not be bothered to provide me with a quote even after chasing up with phone call.Shocking experience I would not recommend this company to anyone completely wasted my time.
