After being let down very badly by Carpetright in Gillingham a colleague at work recommended Carpet Giant after he had his house carpeted by them.

I placed an order with Carpetright and after 6 weeks of chasing for an ETA and being lied to on several occasions I gave up and then had to fight for a refund.

My partner and I visited Carpet Giant on a Sunday and were greeted by Alan, a friendly no nonsense chap and told him exactly what we wanted.

Less than 10 minutes later we walked out with a measurement appointment booked. They arrived the next day and less than an hour after he left Alan called me with the total cost of everything (carpets, laminates and fitting).
The quote came out just under £500 cheaper than Carpetright with higher quality materials.

I accepted the quote and less than 2 weeks later I'm now sat in my house with brand new carpets and laminates.

Very happy customer and I'll be recommending you to everyone who speaks to me about getting carpets.

We looked at there range of carpet's picked out the one we liked paid and it's being delivered next Tuesday just when we need it great service friendly people excellent

Older gentleman was rude and dismissive, really not interested in us as we were only looking to carpet a small area. Shame as other staff seemed very polite and friendly
