These guys were so accommodating, finding us a good deal, giving us a rough quote before we even had the keys to the new place, immediately coming over for a full quote as soon as we eventually had access. And the carpet fitter was a lovely bloke, getting everything done in one day. Great quality too. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Management team were fabulous and not forgetting obviously the two fitters that worked quickly doing and providing a professional service. Will recommend this company to anyone requiring new flooring. Thank you all !!!

My whole family have been using Dourof’s since the 80s. Their customer service is second to none and they sell lovely carpets. I recently carpeted a few rooms and their prices were over 25% cheaper than a high street chain for the same job, and the custom service so much better. Definitely recommend; I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always, the manager of this carpet shop was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He went out of his way to find a stair carpet that perfectly matched the room carpet we purchased earlier in the month - nothing was too much trouble! We have used this shop to carpet our entire house and we are delighted with the service we have received from purchase, to fitting of the carpets, to clearing up afterwards. I had originally visited carpet right and felt we were being over charged. I also didn’t feel they knew what they were talking about. However Dourof’s we’re fantastic! Very friendly and informative. They were also cheaper than carpet right! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I can not recommend them enough!

We've used Dourof's four times in the last few years and they are great. Friendly and helpful in the shop and fitting is done when they say. The fitters they use are also friendly and fast.

The only reason I cant say we'd use them again, but we've run out of rooms to carpet!
