Staff in store were helpful, fitters were excellent and worked fast. Happy with the job.

We have dealt with Fern Carpets previously and this year we decided to renew the carpets and floors of our staircase upstairs bedrooms and landing. We chose Fern Carpets because we have always had good service.
Again on this visit we were very pleased with the customer service and quality of choice. We booked our carpets with fitting which has been in 3 stages due to our rooms being decorated and cleared for the fitting etc.
Fern Carpets worked around our requests and finally completed our final fitting today.
Throughout the process the company have been excellent. The fitters who came to our home we're the same each time and were very polite, careful and considerate with the fitting and made a fantastic job of it.
Needless to say we are delighted with the finish and our home looks beautiful.
Buying a carpet is one thing ... but for us, it's the fitting that makes that all important difference. We therefore rate Fern Carpets 5 star from our experience. Good value, good customer service in store and a really excellent fitting team.

Brilliant quality carpet, excellent customer service and fitters helpful and friendly

underlay different heights in 2 rooms even though it should be the same. The fitters sprayed glue around the newly painted skirting boards and French doors, glued carpet to the underlay and then to the floor. Took loose grips up and threw them away, cut through one of our speaker wires and didn't say anything. The fitters have been twice but still no good.The carpet is poor quality, it has started lifting at the edges and stretching when it is hoovered. It looks like it has been down years even though it is only 6 months and needs taking up and replacing.

Ordered the carpet in store, arranged a date for the following week, the guys turned up on time and within an hour and a half had fitted my stair, bathroom, and 2 bedroom carpets, very high standard of workmanship, very pleased with the job and highly recommended, shop local this is the service you get.

Had my living room ,stairs,landing, bedrooms carpets all fitted recently from ferns the guys in the Newhall shop were really helpful and polite, the guys who fitted them were very good ,all excellent service thank you 😊
