Truly went the extra mile to locate a discontinued carpet for us. This was after another local company we bought from, lied about the availability of it just a month or so before. They also turn up on time and do an excellent job.

Huge thanks to John and the team and B&M Flooring for the work on our new laminate flooring and carpet. From the initial expert advise through to the fitting, the whole process was made simple for us. The fitters Louie & Jared were very efficient, they did a great job and tidy-up afterwards. I am so happy and grateful for our new laminate flooring, it has made a huge difference in our lounge and hallway. John has been amazing , he is polite, helpful , friendly and professional. The fitters were also polite, friendly and professional, they did a wonderful job, it looked better than I envisioned. The finish was to a very high standard.
