Bespoke Flooring

Really impressed by bespoke flooring. Friendly and helpful throughout, but above all we ended up with great quality flooring at a fair price.

We had quite a difficult job, needing to match our new lounge floor with existing flooring in the hall. Lawrence came to our home several times with samples, and made sure we were happy with them before the fitting.

Then the Coronavirus panic struck just before they were due to start, and we were unclear if they’d be able to source materials as the supply chain started to close. Lawrence was able to pull strings to get the materials, and a fitter - to our huge relief. (We had 2 other trades people cancel that week).

Luke, the chap who came, was excellent - professional, friendly and courteous, and as I said did a great job.

Excellent advice on the best type of wooden flooring for our house renovation. Very helpful in providing a solution to a problem left by the builders then really thorough preparation work prior to floor being laid. We had the pleasure of dealing with Be-Spoke Flooring who supplied and fitted our new flooring. They were professional and competent from the start. Both Lawrence and the fitter Nick constantly kept us updated with the progress and completed the job in a timely and superb manner. We had previously used another company at the other end of town for our carpets and suffice to say we didn’t reuse them due to the poor experience we received. If you need any flooring done I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Excellent all round …
