The Service is second to none. I had a very small window of time to get measured and carpets fitted before Christmas and they did it. Measured on 15th fitted on 22nd. The customer service is amazing, all the emails I sent worrying about getting this done and not once did I get a bad response. I felt valued as a customer, the fitters did a very professional job. Carpeted 3 rooms and stairs in under 4 hours. The place was left clean and tidy and not a bit of rubbish left anywhere. Would highly recommend this company not only for the service but also the quality of product and always at a great price

Feedback is always a good thing - for both potential customers and proprietors of a trading company.
With regard to C&H Carpets regrettably my feedback is very negative due to lack of telephone communication when promised. Then on a visit to the shop to ask why I had not been phoned, was faced with verbal aggression and given lame excuses about the number of other calls having to be made that day - Yes, like the personal one being made as I entered and waited in the shop!
After receiving a barrage of intimidating excuses, in silence, I walked out of the shop - never to return again.
I subsequently visited another carpet shop in the vicinity and, unlike the person in the C&H Carpets shop, was dealt with in a professional and respectful manner.
The proprietors of C&H Carpets shop need to be more respectful regarding communications with customers and also careful regarding the staff they employ - it has cost them a valuable sale and I surely won't be the last!

Carpets poorly fitted. Loose and cut too short. Don't use as shoddy work. Rude and disrespectful customer service and Boss when you raise a complaint.

Absolutely appalling they have done several floors in our estate and the majority off them have all lifted, and refuse to rectify the issue, shocking workmanship no pride in there work avoid at all cost

Cant recommend enough they were amazing rang up Wednesday came out next day to measure came back same day with quote when i rang back to say yes they had a cancellation that day so came and fitted carpet in bedroom hall and stairs outstanding work from start to finish

I recently contacted C&H carpets to fit a bedroom and hallway carpet in a static caravan we are renovating. We wanted to keep the cost low and Jamie assisted with finding the perfect remnant to fit our space! Within a couple of hours I had a full quote and their team came to fit the carpet the following day! The fitters were polite and friendly and did an excellent job! We are so happy with the results we are now considering C&H for vinyl in the bathroom and have already received great service regarding this! Highly recommend :)

Had a job done in April ,the job was not finished and the fitter said he would be back ASAP to finish it. 4 months later many emails and phone calls later still nothing . The staff i spoke to have been rude and not helpful . They are not interested in finishing the job they got paid for. Avoid using them, they are extremely unprofessional, I am sure there are better companies around. I wish Google review would allow for less than 1 star as they would be a great candidate for it.

We have been customers of C and H Carpets for years but have never thought to post a review.
Today they have been working on our downstairs hallway fitting Karndean planks. We had a half plank boarder with diagonal infill. Looking at the floor closely we noticed that every plank had to be cut to maintain the pattern we have requested and they have made a beautiful job of it. We are extremely pleased with our floor and would like to thank C and H for their consistent professional workmanship on all of the flooring work they have undertaken for us over the years.
We strongly recommend C and H Carpets to everyone.
