Broadway Carpets - Enfield

I popped into this store a few months ago searching for a grey Amtico type vinyl floor planks after spending 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. Having brought a sample, I approached a man seated at a desk. The chap was indifferent and unwilling to look at my sample or even make an effort at being helpful. He was curt, he scanned me from my head to my shoes and made me feel uncomfortable. It is simply not worth putting yourself in the position of being insulted by going to this shop. Most manufacturers of floorings have a presence on the internet, they are more than willing to send samples and will even recommend approved tradesmen to install flooring.

New management really has turned this place around if you look at older reviews.
My mum who wasn't too knowledgeable about all the different types of carpets contacted this place to get a quote for doing the stairs in our house. The gentleman who she spoke too was polite and very helpful. Visiting the store she was shown around and she chose a carpet that she liked. The gentlemen was very helpful and recommended underlay suitable for the stairs and the whole process was very pleasant. We got a good price for both the carpet and installation and couldn't be more happy with the finished product.
Overall would highly recommend and would urge people to go local rather than other bigger companies especially due to the current climate. Thank you!

Great store. The service is really good here. We had hard flooring fitted throughout much of our property. The pricing was very competitive, the fitters turned up on the arranged days. They were really professional and the finished results are excellent. Will definitely use them for our next job.

A great selection of flooring in store matched with great knowledge and experience from Harsh. We wanted LVT and had previously looked at Karndean and Amtico but eventually went with Luvarno Priory Oak. Fitters led by Harry worked incredibly hard for 3 days with real attention to detail to produce an excellent result. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed would never use them again.
Ordered carpets and underlay but what I got was the cheapest underlay and the wrong quality carpets, fitters were absolutely useless .
Complained but they did not care.
So I got another fitters to refit.
This shop does not deserve one star.

We dealt with Harsh who was very welcoming and helpful. This was the second carpet we brought from Harsh and both times the service was excellent. Fitters were in and out in no time doing a really good job and left the carpet tidy. Will be going back soon for the hallway carpet. Thanks!

Can't rate Harsh and the team highly enough! thankfully Harsh put a contact number in the window of the shop during lockdown which meant I was able to contact him and he in turn was able to source the same carpet we had for our new stairs to a loft conversion. If he hadnt we probably would have had to change both stairs! His team fitted quickly and perfectly in no time at all - it's zig zag so not the easiest! Defo recommend! Thank you
