Charlie and Rob came recommended to us which is always a good start. Both of them in their different roles have excelled through this stage of our refurbishment.
As a company they definitely do what it says on the can. Appointments are all kept, emails are always replied to and phone calls always returned. Their fitters take pride in their work and the end result was 10/10.
We had three companies in to quote for approximately 2000sqft of carpet and they came out a staggering 40% cheaper than John Lewis and 5% cheaper than another independent.
We would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to friends.

These guys have re-floored our whole house,and in the process we have got to know Rob and Charlie really well. First things first. They are really patient. We hadn't chosen flooring before and because it was such a big purchase, we wanted to get it right. Despite our dithering we never felt under any pressure. All we received was support and that made things much easier for us. Upstairs we chose a Kahrs light oak. Their fitter did a fantastic job, including dealing with a fiddly top step on our staircase. He also fitted brand new skirting boards throughout. On the stairs themselves, I was surprised to see the fitter cutting and fitting individual pieces of carpet. He explained that the sides of our staircase were not parallel so if he took the easy route of just laying the stair carpet in one piece it would bunch in places and not look right. Needless to say it looks amazing. Really neat and even. Downstairs we chose a Ted Todd dark oak. First of all our floor was really uneven so their expert sub-floor guy came and over a number of days, built up layers of latex floor compound until he was satisfied it was absolutely perfect. Then Rob came to check it. When the flooring arrived I noticed that the fitters were inspecting every piece. They rejected many of the planks. Whilst we could see some of the defects, others had to be pointed out to us. They demanded replacements which arrived the next day and again they weeded out what they didn't like and sent it back! Again their work is immaculate. Our hallway has 7 door openings and is an odd shape and was a mess. It looks perfect now, especially with the inset door mat. The last job with 123Floor happened today. We realised the rubber castors on our office chairs were scratching the floor and we'd used a carpet offcut to protect it. Rob thought he might have another matching offcut in his warehouse. When we picked up our two properly edged matching carpet mats today, we were told no charge, thank you for being a customer. It feels really good to give my business to a local firm that takes so much pride in what they do, hence me taking a few minutes to write this review.

Just used 123floor for the second time - both times had new flooring (this time Amtico) put down in an entire flat. Extremely professional team - Charlie, Rob and Tesni who are great with advice and exceptionally responsive. The fitter (Paul) was great - took real pride in his work and made sure everything was neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

We recently had new flooring in our hall and living room. The work was carried out to an extremely high level with an excellent finish.

We considered a number of different places including the likes of 121 flooring Harpenden but found 123 by far the most professional and helped with any questions that we had. Our neighbours since have seen the work carried out and have been very impressed.

We will absolutely be using them again for any flooring changes.

We were looking for a flooring company who would lay down screed and flooring directly onto our underfloor heating pipes. This led us to 123 flooring who were able to do this. The floor fitters did a great job and Rob and Charlie were a pleasure to deal with.
