Matt is a top chap ... great service at a fair price. Super friendly and goes beyond expectations to get the job done. He fitted my aunt's flat out at extremely short notice, working late to get the job done to an incredibly high standard. We'll definitely be using his services again when we decorate our home later this year ... can't recommend him highly enough!

Excellent service from start to finish. Matt assisted us in choosing great carpets meeting our budget, and was able to supply and fit within a tight timeframe that we had. Matt and his fitters provided an excellent job, left a great finish and were polite and respectful throughput their time at our house. Recommend highly, and would not hesitate to use again.

Spent £410 + tip to have vinyl flooring in my living room. Admittedly Matt and his floor fitters were very personable and friendly (which is why I have given 2 stars) but upon completion there were many bubbles and creases which are still there 2 weeks later and the flooring is, in my opinion, sub standard as there were small rips in the flooring that we noticed within minutes of fitter leaving before we even cleaned floor or brought furniture back in. EDIT *Thankyou Matt for the resolution to these issues will be happy to buy from you again*

Sadly, we received appalling service from this business. We recently ordered an item that was going to take one day to arrive. We were told that we would be contacted the next day to collect, which did not happen. We tried to call in numerous times, during their advertised opening hours, however the shop was always shut. When we did finally contact them we were told they lost the piece of paper with our order on it, despite paying for it in advance. They were apologetic and told us they would deliver it that day, however we were once again let down when they failed to arrive. It took 4 weeks to deliver an item which should have taken 2 days so regrettably we will not be using their services again.

Matt was brilliant from the start in getting our carpets down into our new home, even adjusting the doors once the carpets were down to ensure that they closed properly. Nothing was too much trouble, he stayed late in to the evening to ensure that we could get moved in as quickly as possible! Will definitely be returning for future business and recommending him to my friends and family!

Absolutely first class, excellent service from ordering to fitting, great choice or quality carpets, prompt and reliable, would highly recommend and most definitely use again, thank you
