Helpful, sales man who appeared to direct us to the most appropriate carpets for our needs not the most expensive. It felt like we were talking to someone who knew about flooring rather than a sales rep.

Great and fast service, didn’t try and upsell more expensive carpets and were very communicative. Room was 5.1m and made arrangements meaning I didn’t have to buy 8/10m carpet... saving me hundreds! CarpetRight quoted £200 more for the same job and didn’t have half the customer service. Great company will use again when needed
