July 2022 Webster Floors Ltd carpeted our entire house and laid a Karndean floor in our kitchen. From beginning to end the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful when selecting our choices and the floor layers all did a great job too. I would highly recommend them.

Webster flooring was recommended to us by our decorator and I would recommend them to anyone else. The staff in the shop were friendly and so helpful in selecting a carpet that suited us (dog and new baby friendly). We had someone out to measure up the next working day, a quote through promptly and they were fitted about 10 days later. The two fitters were fantastic, laying the carpets in the middle of the worst heatwave for years and still professional and lovely. Carpets look stunning and were such a good price as well. 5 stars all round!

Had 2 bedrooms fitted with laminate flooring. Very easy to choose as was given 2 books of samples to try. Ordering process was very easy, followed by installation all done to our convenience. Sian and James very helpful and friendly in the shop. Help given to move heavy furniture. All old carpet etc taken away and rooms left clean and tidy. Can't recommend Russ the installer highly enough. Highly recommended.

We had the best experience with Kieran who knew exactly how to help us choose our flooring. Infact we got the very polite Good afternoon from a very knowledgeable and helpful person, Infact our job was done exactly to plan with professionalism and a follow up to know if all was ok, such courtesy is not usual today any more, especially from the chain stores whose attitude leaves much to be desired. Our was a small job however i was treated as if i was giving a huge contract to them. My thanks for a job well done on time and with no complaints at all.

My carpet was measured, quoted, fitted by people that clearly care about the business they work for and really know their stuff. On top of all of this, the quality of the carpet laid and its installation workmanship was all just unquestionably brilliant. We recently had Karndean flooring fitted downstairs and the service was brilliant from start to finish: Sian was super helpful as I dithered over the choices, and James came out a few days later to measure up etc. The flooring was then installed just a couple of weeks later by Warren and Justin who were very professional and did an amazing job.
We were so impressed by the service and by the quality of the work that we had no hesitation in asking Websters to fit new carpeting upstairs. James gave brilliant advice on which product would be suitable, and again the fitters (Terry and Jason) did an excellent job earlier this week.

Both are clearly experts in their field and ensure that they are providing the best products and service for your needs rather than pushing any particular option.

Websters were also very accommodating to us asking for additional work and adapting fantastically to changes as they happened. We would highly recommend and will be asking them to help us again shortly.
