The team at Selby Carpet Depot were great. Easy to work with, great at explaining and answering questions, and efficient. We went in to pick a carpet and within a couple of weeks two rooms, set of stairs, and our landing was done. The fitters were friendly as well, even helping me finish up installing the grippers. Highly recommend spending your money at this local establishment.

We approached the Carpet Depot and right from the get go, nothing was too much trouble. They worked around our phased approach, as we had planned building works. Showed up on time, did an impeccable job with a smile on their face and could not have asked for more.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Took two days working for one hour each day. Fitters arrived and were aggressive, unfriendly profane, rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and they stood by and watched me move furniture. Left mess everywhere initially refused to remove their own rubbish. Use a professional company and stay well clear of these amateurs.

Good service and excellent pricing. Recently bought carpet and cushionfloor and am very pleased with both. Will definitely be using this company again.

From the friendly young lad serving us at the depot itself, the helpful guy on the phone and the friendly fitters - everything was great with the whole process.

Very helpful right from the start, dropped samples off and measured up. We couldn't decide and asked to see more samples, we were shown more samples in the van (show room closed due to Covid). We made our choice and booked the fitting date. 2 men showed up when expected and did a first class job. The carpet and fitting looks amazing. Will definitely use again.
