Must say first the staff are lovely and friendly, and on time. I genuinely believe they try and help and understand people on a budget. HOWEVER. after decorating a new build the last thing you want is to repaint it again due to no care given when laying carpet.

Went in to store on Tuesday and asked for a recommendation on some flooring we had. Have excellent advice for the situation at hand and offered to fit next day, unfortunately I wasn’t in but they fitted me in Thursday. Fitters arrived with in the time provided and fitted the new matting quickly and efficiently. Both gentlemen where polite and catered for all needs, even helped with sticking previous flooring down. Couldn’t fault the people, service or the price! Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!

Highly recommended, couldn't fault them in the slightest from the moment I contacted them late on a Thursday night, to having them out the next morning to measure up ect, to picking the carpets and vinyl I wanted, and all to be fitted and sorted on the Monday a full 3 bedroom house, outstanding to all from first contact to fitters coming, highly recommended to all.

Andy and the team are fantastic!
Andy and his office team were wonderful at helping me get the best deal for my whole bungalow and picking my carpet once I told them what colour I preferred. The fitters who came were brilliant down to earth lads that had great sense of humour and very professional at the same time. Got my new wonderful carpet laid down so fast it was amazing. They were also very clean and tidy didn’t leave any marks on new painted walls or anything like that.
I highly recommend Andy and his team from start to finish. Exceptional service all round . Went above and beyond to help a customer. If you need new carpets or flooring etc Andy and his team at Billy’s carpets is ‘the place to go’...

Superb family business who have customer service at the centre of everything that they do. Lovely people from the estimator, to the chap in charge and the fitters. Nothing is too much trouble and they take pride in a job well done. Good choice, quick fitting and pride in a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from Billy's carpets Chesterfield. Speedy and efficient from calling in to the show room , having a fitter measure up the room and having laminate flooring fitted, all in less than two weeks! Can't fault any part of the process. All staff were personable and efficient. Everyone arrived on time and the fitters were respectful and left no mess. The wood laminate has transformed the room. Would fully recommend this company.

Brilliant service, great choice of carpets , very competitive prices and less than a week for the fitting. We are very pleased with our bedroom and staircase carpets. The fitters were professional and very polite and worked incredibly hard. We would definitely recommend them and will be using their services again .
