Universal Carpets

I booked an estimate appointment, which was free ofcourse! The sales man was fantastic, not pressurising us into a sale. He went through all their options and suggestions. We had our new carpet and wooden flooring fitted yesterday, as promised. The final product is fantastic! I ordered their twisted carpet in a grey and one of their 12mm laminate floors. both came in cheaper than other local shops and fitting was also superb, their friendly fitters left the house cleaner than when they came!
