Birchington Carpets

We had Birchington Carpets vinyl 2 rooms, plus the hallway. We were very happy with the customer service and advice - our requirements non-standard because of wheelchair use. Very fast delivery and fitting time, and the fitting is outstanding. We are very pleased, and highly recommend this small business.

Just had a 2 bedroom flat decorated and carpet throughout. Nice friendly service, very knowledgeable and flexible. Really pleased with the carpet and lino we had put down.

Very helpful when asking about a particular product and took time to check prices and availability. Prices very competitive. Fitters arrived on time, were efficient, polite and skilled. Tidied up after themselves.

We needed three bedrooms of varying dimensions carpeted. From beginning to end it has been a pleasure to deal with this company. After the measuring up we received a very reasonable quote and fixed a date for fitting. Aaron and his colleague completed the fittings over two days to enable us to move furniture around, and they did an excellent job. They were friendly, helpful, and very professional and, based on this experience, we would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic product and service! We bought carpets from Birchington Carpets and they fitted them on the our stairs, landing and and two rooms. From start to finish it was a pleasure- we were advised on the underlay to use in different areas and the carpets are really good quality. The fitting team were there on time, very tidy and professional. I had shopped around before thinking that the bigger carpet companies could offer more and would be cheaper- how wrong was I!! The choice was fantastic and using Birchington Carpets saved me £100’s of pound. We did have an issue with our wardrobes being fitted which put one room and the landing and stairs fitting back by two months. They were absolutely fine with this, stored the carpet and came and fitted once we were ready- if we’d used a bigger company this would have been a major issue I am sure! A good local firm - I I’ll definitely be using them in the future !
