Mixed feelings on this place. friendly staff. good prices. lots of choice. however we haven't been happy with customer service after they had our money. contacted them 3 times with issues about the install of our carpet / laminate but no resolution and now struggling to get a reply. Carpet was fitted perfectly by lovely lads but it has pen marks on it, we have asked how to remove these but no resolution. Our tiles were chipped where the band was fitted at the edge of the laminate and a step they did the metal doesn't line up or is it the same length. Also for the laminate install it seemed not enough care of our home was taken, walking in outdoor shoes over the 2hour old fresh carpet, no dust sheets used and cutting of wood done mostly inside our living room which made so much dust and mess (it was a dry day outside..), then the rest was cut on top of the freshly put down laminate in the hall which has left scuff marks. so ... yeh. Lovely products and friendly people but wish they would get these issues sorted for us, it has been over 5 weeks

Great job. The fitters took away the old carpets and laminate and installed the new Silver Classic Supreme. We went for a deep pile silver and it looks and feels lush. The top landing is from one piece too with no joins. Great work and thankyou for transforming our home.

First Class Service from Start to finish. No pressure selling just very helpful with advice and knowledge of flooring products. Very pleased with Quality of carpet and underlay and fitting prices. The Fitting Team arrived smack on time did an excellent professional job. 100% SATISFIED will use this Company again.

Very pleased with the service they have offered! Recently received a home after being homeless for 4months, I’m heavily pregnant and have 3children. The upstairs carpet is amazing and job well done, unfortunately I didn’t have enough savings for downstairs, they have provided me with cut offs so that the children don’t walk on concrete flooring especially with winter coming. Can not thank them enough for their generosity!!

If you're looking for carpets, look no further, these guys (or Stafford Carpets & Flooring Warehouse, which is the same company) will do you a great deal, good quality carpets at affordable prices, proffesional fitters that know what they're doing, this is the second time i've used their services and i can only say i'm very pleased with the work they've carried out, i will definately buy carpets again in the future 👍👍👍

I faffed about getting flooring samples and trying to get a trade to turn up and quote for laying. Too stressful.....should have just gone to Stafford Carpets to begin with and saved myself the hassle. Very helpful family business. Sorted out right product and quote within 24 hours. I have used them before and will use them again
