C&H offer a prompt and efficient service at an affordable price, with very helpful sales and fitting staff. I have used them several times now and always been pleased with the results. One tiny pointer for improvement: I would like to see some higher end (i.e. more expensive) carpet lines on display but that's a matter of personal choice!

I recently visited C&H Carpets in Taunton with my elderly Mother who was looking for a bedroom carpet. We were very impressed with the salesman who was very friendly and understanding of my Mothers requirements. He gave us advice but was not at all pushy. We decided to proceed with the purchase and we're extremely pleased with the entire professional service, range of flooring and pricing. Would definitely recommend them.

Ian at the taunton shop was wonderfully insightful, helpful and assisted to get me the best price in town alongside obtaining a lush carpet. Despite being relatively difficult customers, the team from C&H carpets were friendly and professional every step of the way.

Due to the builders partially flooding the floor in both areas that we wanted our flooring put down, we had to have multiple calls to make sure that the floor was dry enough as well as reschedules which was never too much trouble.

We added the 2nd room once we saw that there was a 12sq meter minimum, which, again, was no trouble - they just re did the bill and said they would sort it out, which they did. We also got some unofficial advice on laying our gym flooring in the garage which was nice.

The actual carpet fitters were a pleasure to have in the house and got the jobs done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

Fast and efficient service, the carpet was very good value and all done and dusted in a week
