Very please with our carpets. The staff are very helpful and gave us good advice, and reasonably priced too. On the day they worked very hard all day in the heat laying the carpets, and made sure it was done well. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. A great family run business.

Wonderful service from beginning to end - patient and very helpful in selecting carpets, helping us choose the right types for different rooms and uses, professional and very detailed quote and very accommodating to our schedule and the changes when our builders overran on the build.

Very professional and friendly service. Very happy with the Amtico flooring that was fitted in our lounge. It looks superb. We've used Collop Carpets before for carpets and would always highly recommend them.

The people from Collop Carpets in Epping have done fabulous job laying carpets for me (2 rooms, landing and stairs). From arranging a quote and measuring all the way through to fitting they were great. They were really easy to communicate with and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The guys who fitted the carpet were friendly and respectful, got the job done without any fuss and the finished carpets look great. I highly recommend them.

With over 20 years experience in the carpet trade (Allied Carpets & Fishpools) I can honestly say that the service provided by Collop Carpets, from Mark and Alison in the store, to the fitters Lewis & Pat, was second to none. The standard of work was exceptional, in fact I don't think I've seen better! Highly recommended.
