Excellent from start to finish , great advice on the carpet when we went in. , excellent service , friendly and very professional , . They really go out there way to help you , No pushy sales , .. The guys who laid the carpets are excellent and a great credit to this company , so so pleased with every aspect with dealing with this firm , WEll recommend the carpet shop , . If your thinking of getting a new carpet or kitchen flooring ( they done that for us aswell ) look no futher than this shop . You will not be disapointed .

Went in there on a number off occasions as doing my house up so wanted fitting measuring and carpets they said get back to me and never did .
They did not take me serious or have any time in there for me what so ever

Used them several times over the years and they have always been professional , courteous and helpful. They are not DFS with salesmen coming out of their ears, so depending on the time you visit you may have to wait a bit for service. This is not a problem as carpet selection is not a fast process, and you don't need fast food speed.

Done business with this shop before nice selection of carpets and cushion flooring and laminate very helpful staff highly recommended.

Good helpful staff. Answered all questions about type, wear, delivery times, measuring, colour matching. Will be using them to carpet my loft space when completed.

Carpet was a reasonable price, staff were friendly and prompt. Unfortunately the fitters must have been on the old crack pipe when they came to fit the carpet. Quite a lot of play and movement.
