Great service right from choosing the carpets I n the shop to fitting the carpets. The staff and fitters are professional and friendly. The prices are very good as well.

I had them fit carpets in both my own house and my parents and each time the fitters were friendly, professional and arrived on time. I couldn't ask for a better service.

I recommend them to friends all the time when they mention getting new carpets.

We have bought carpets from here for around 15 years and have always been highly satisfied. Recently had 2 new bedroom carpets. Friendly helpful service in the shop and 2 nice fitters did a great efficient job. Would recommend. Prices great too!!

Had our stairs carpet fitted with great efficiency at a brilliant price. Brad was a swift and friendly fitter. When we went in-store to select the carpet we wanted the store was well set up for the current restrictions. Very happy with our results and we will definitely be returning when we need any flooring doing again. Well recommended.

First time using king carpets. picking the flooring was easy the staff In the shop was friendly and the price was great value. Unfortunately won’t be using them again as they originally booked in for 930 in the morning then changed the time the day before to 12. I managed to change my schedule around no problem only then they did not arrive until 1pm, after ringing the shop to chase up what was happening the fitters arrived and had a attitude I imagine because I called the shop. All I can say is not a good look on the company.

Very recently had some great quality carpets fitted by Craig and I must commend him on how professional and friendly he is! Nothing was to much trouble for him. He was very respectful with regards to covid regulations etc too! What a credit to the company! Colour and quality of the carpets are superb, I would absolutely make future purchases and I would highly recommend!!

Very happy with our new living room carpet. I was happy with the advice given in the shop and the two carpet fitters who arrived on time. They were friendly, helpful, well mannered and left as little disruption as possible. I would definitely use King Carpets again.
