Keiths Discount Carpets

If you are looking to be ripped off this is the place.
They just want your money. We had the carpet fitted on the stairs. The fit is terrible and incomplete. Loose strands and bad trimming in many places. The carpet edges not put down properly and no tacks under the stair nose.
All in all a very poor quality of fitting.
Everyday for the last 7 days I have been calling and get promised a response after the fitter has been spoken to. And then no response.

I can't believe that a company could spend so much time giving excuses instead of doing a 30min job.

Good that I paid by credit card so next step is to send a notice under consumer credit act to ccard company.

Wowza really makes a change to find trades people who know there stuff, Keith himself came out and measured our rooms, he gave us a rough estimate there and then of which we was more than happy to accept , anyway a day later he called to give us a firm price which came in lower than first thought.

Two weeks later the fitters came a couple of very experienced lads and both did a fantastic job throughout , the carpets are superb in every way . I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FANTASTIC FAMILY FIRM . From me the get a 5* plus rating and I will be using them again in future projects .

Keith was my parents go to carpet firm for many years with no complaints. With such glowing praise and high recommendations for a family firm; my first house was kitted out by them, and the house I have now is the same. Would not dream of going anywhere else.

You would think it being a small independent business that they would want to keep their customers happy, no this hasn't been proven true with my experience. My mum and dad have always had keiths carpets so when I brought my own house I had them to do my first carpet. What chaos it turned out to be! They didn't turn up on time it was about 2 hours later! I rang them to get quite a snooty response from the women when I was only trying to find out how long they'd be. They came but hadn't got one of the metal rods I ordered they said they'd do another job and come back in a couple of hours after this was about 11am.... About 4pm they turned up to do finish it off. Put that off as just a bad day so had them again later last year to do a wooden flooring all was fine but I noticed that the metal rod was a bit loose one end I tried to stick it down myself instead of calling them out this didn't work so I've tried ringing them to get them to come out to fix it. They said they would ring the fitter to get him to come and do it... I've rang three times now still no fitter has been out to do this small job that would take 5 minutes of their time. I even asked if I could book another appointment but I was fobbed off. Really not impressed with the customer service I've received I will not be using keiths again and I've told my parents not to either.

I wanted to thank Keith's carpets so much for making such a good job of my bedroom, and making it look fab!
I will return!

Had hallway carpet fitted absolutely great ... Graham was great fitter and good sense humour...well worth the cups tea 🍵 ....

Really happy with my stairs carpet. First time order from Keith’s , will order again if needed. Nice polite fitter. The lady that answers is helpful as had to change the date of fitting and was no problem at late notice. Definitely recommend.

Friendly service from a local company. From picking a carpet right through to fitting. The fitter Grahan did an amazing job and stayed all day until the job was done. So pleased with out stairs carpet from Keith's and would recommend 100%.
