Gem Carpets and Beds

Bought Lino for kitchen. It’s a poor product that damages and stains easily. The fitters did a horrendous job fitting, cutting too short, creating visible cut marks and leaving glue on the flooring.

We visited the Lichfield branch to purchase flooring for our en suite. The guy was really helpful and offered delivery the following day to Lichfield, or a same day collection from the Walsall Wood branch ... great service and fantastic quality cheaper than the online retailers!

Bought a couple of beds from them and they were awesome. Very well prices and even took the old stuff away for a small price. Also had carpet from them that I changed my mind on after purchasing and they still sorted it out with no hassle

Excellent service. We needed a new bedroom carpet and new beds. Helpful from start to finish. No hard sell but answered any questions. Clear pricing. Co-ordinated delivery of carpet and beds the same day. Taking care of old carpet and bed. Removing and replacing furniture. Very happy.

Used the Heath Hayes branch excellent service and quality of carpet. Paid to have carpet taken up and away as extra.
Would use the service again.

Very expensive can't understand why, I found Devlin carpets far better on prices
