Fantastic customer service. I recently had my Lino laid in the hallway and bathroom and it was the most professional and pleasant service I have experienced with a carpet company. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. An excellent selection to choose from. Paul and his small team went above and beyond when supplying and fitting carpets for our place whilst building works were being completed. I can't thank, nor praise them enough 🙂

Paul and Vince are great. Have been back and forth with them while we renovate our house with the pace akin to a hibernaring tortoise (over a year now) and we're nearly ready for our final carpet fitting.

I have been here twice in the last 4 years and booked in with them but they didn't turn up both times. Hmm maybe I'm not the 'right kind of customer that they are interested in. Didnt even get a phone call or communication to say why they couldn't come. No apology and no offer of another appointment either!!! Don't worry, I'll go where I'm the 'right' kind of customer.(Read between the lines)
