who is mal edgson, we have checked our records and there has never been a customer called mal edgson , why would we sell or you buy a load of carpets that you don't want, as for being disorganised I think we haven't had any other complaints , if you were not happy why not tell us and we always put things right , I can only assume you are a bogus customer, the very organised steve hurrell .
