Quay Carpets - Chester, Wrexham & Flintshire

I have to say that I am over the moon with Graham from Quay Carpets in Connahs Quay and his customer service. I would highly recommend him after the work his company and his fitters have put into making my wooden flooring look great, unfortunately our first fitters didn't do a very good job but Graham and his team have saved the day :) Ali and Craig also fitted our carpets through the whole house and they did a fantastic job. Need carpets or wooden flooring then visit Graham :)

Great choice of flooring and excellent advice given on what we needed. Allowed us to keep samples whilst we made up our mind of what would look right in our home. Fitters could not have been more accommodating. Thank you Graham.

He is really friendly and approachable, and will do everything to get your needs met. He told us the carpet we chose would be laid on Friday shortly after 2pm and hey presto!!! I have used Quay carpets for many years and will not go anywhere else. I also have some rental properties and have used Graham for carpets, lino, laminate floors and most recently project floors. The workmanship is second to none and the service and price is excellent. The work is carried out on time and all rubbish removed by the fitters. Look no further for a excellent product and service

I had my carpets done in my home except for two rooms, they didn't unlay one room, one room was supposed to be lino but they put carpets instead and there was bumps and lumps everywhere it wasn't what I asked for at all. The people who fitted didn't care they keep going off smoking and knocked my newly decorated house and left all the rubbish on my front lawn to it was a disaster, never again. I even had to have the doors shaved because the carpets were so thick I couldn't even shut any of the doors and they left two doors off.
They never even told me that, I had to find out that myself.
It was not very good service at all I did complain but only got a small amount back when I paid alot for the carpets and underlying.
I think it was because I am a young girl they took the micky out of me, so please go elsewhere.

Our service and products provided are the best quailty I have seen. They fit us in for measuring last minute and talked us through the whole proess as its our first home together. Graham and all his team were efficient and so friendly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. We have endless compliments about our karndean and fluffy carpets so couldn't be happier.
