Great service from start to finish. This is the second time we have used Coastal Carpets. They took our order, gave us a date for fitting that suited us, turned up on time and finished the work in one morning. Would recommend this firm.

Absolutely fab service. Had my stairs and two bedrooms plus Lino in the bathroom done in my house and looks great. Really competitive prices and excellent service. :)

Had lounge, hall stairs and landing carpet fitted yesterday, plus vynyl flooring in cloakroom and bathroom. Brilliant service. Helped move some furniture and removed old carpet, really tidy and took all the old stuff away. Would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates excellent service through from sales to fitting.

As a renter of the property, we cannot comment on the sales side of things, however, the fitting service was appalling.

It's a small bungalow, and we were having carpet and underlay in three rooms, none of which are very big.

Having been given no appointment time when booking, we made sure we were ready for 8am. By 10am no one had turned up. I spent over half an hour on the telephone to them, but it was constantly engaged, so I sent an email, asking for a time. No reply was sent.

Not long after two fitters turned up. One was quite friendly and polite, whilst the other was rude and I have to say, obnoxious. Not professional at all. When allowing someone into your home, you expect a level.of respect, this was not given.

I am disabled and we asked if the rooms could be done in a specific order. My partner had cleared one room and we asked if they would do that first, allowing time to move the furniture around,  and avoid holding them up. The response we got was unbelievable. We were both left feeling uncomfortable for the duration, which was 5 long hours. It transpired that only one them was actually a fitter.

We knew it was going to be inconvenient, but had no idea just how bad it would be.
For this reason, I could not recommend, which is unfortunate, as I believe in supporting local business.

Small team offering a good range of flooring and really good on price including fitting, they fit out a lot of caravans along the coast and usually get you sorted within a week, cheaper than the big outfits and worth a look.

Disgusting company! Fits awful quality lino and caret not fit for purpose and then ignores and avoids calls, emails and letters complaining. Avoid if you want a nice home! Also hires cowboy carpet fitters and thinks that lino ripped when fitted is acceptable. If it were possible to give zero starts I would.
