Decent enough prices but the whole place is jammed solid with roll ends needs a massive clean up

Carpet not fit for purpose. Expensive and pile gone within a month. Asked for visit to see - photos taken and still apparently waiting for response from manufacturer. I keep being told it is ‘99.9 per cent going to be replaced’ im constantly having to chase them up which they obviously find annoying . Poor product , poor attitude, poor aftersales. Avoid

Ordered vinyl flooring for my kitchen on the 23rd Sept, paid in full on the day, cleared my kitchen out ready on the Sun 2nd Oct, when I had help around, washing machine & tumble, fridge freezer moved out, old flooring ripped up, only to have phone call on the 3rd Oct, that they can’t get the vinyl I’d bought, they were due on the 6th to come fit the floor, only to be told these things happen, Won’t be using again,

Just bought a carpet for our nursery room, staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. Took us through multiple options and helped us to the right choice.

Not pushy and no obligation was forced on us either as can often happen in other stores.

Lovely friendly staff

Good quality carpets, ordered one day and delivered the next day just before christmas. Can't fault the service we had. We do definitely recommend
