Youngs are capitalising on being the only carpet shop in an affluent market town when you can pay 1/3 less for the same products elsewhere. Cowboy fitters made 5 critical errors and the management didn't care. You're better off going out of town.

Another great job done, everything from the staff in the shop to the fitters was first class and the fitters were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we expected of them.

Thought I would shop local so gave it a go. All promises but couldnt deliver, I had to call almost daily in the end. When the carpet fitter finally arrived he had a attitude immediately and shouted that he could only part finish the job as it would need 2 days, with no idea of when he could return to complete. When asked why a stair carpet plus small landing would take 2 days to fit he was very aggressive and swore in front of my 85 year old grandmother, disgusting behaviour so I asked him to leave in the same manner.

As it happens I called Carpetwright Merthyr later the same day and they had a fitter on site within 3 days. And they completes the job in under 2 hours!

Avoid this company! Very unprofessional and aggresive.
