Really pleased with the service from Tom, Gareth and our fitter Chris who fitted LVT in the bathrooms , downstairs and carpets upstairs. Very friendly service from the moment I spoke to them over the phone making my initial inquiry and going into the shop itself. Was given really good advice and guided to choose the correct product according to our needs without being pushy. Very impressed with the quotation and was very competitive. When the time came to fit all members of the team were very polite, courteous whilst in our home and I had no issues with them - all round good guys. Great after sales service as well as Tom & Gareth have popped back a couple of times to take a look and address any questions we have had . Nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm glad I chose Spartan over the big chains, I would highly recommend you do the same.

I used Spartan Flooring in December and I can not rate them high enough. Excellent customer service and beautiful laminate flooring fitted to an extremely high standard. I had my lounge and hallway fitted and I'm looking forward to restrictions being lifted so I can book to get my bedrooms done. Thank you so much Gareth and Tom. 😊

Top quality service from start to finish. Phoned to a arrange free estimate and within 7 days my new carpet was fitted. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

We used Spartan Flooring to do our hall, lounge and dining room as we wanted to support a local business. Great advice from Gareth with regards to product choices and colourings etc. There was a delay on products and therefore fitting timings, due to supplier issues, but Gareth kept us up to date and informed so we knew what was happening.
Definitely worth the wait! We are super pleased with the end result of the LVT flooring - the precision and attention to detail that went into fitting it by Luke was incredible!

One of the main reasons we went to the team at Spartan was to support local businesses. So glad we did! The team are top notch and everything went exactly how they said. We had a few samples to choose from, there was no rush or pushy sales, just a friendly very customer service orientated approach with Gareth who was very knowledgeable. Once we decided on the choice of carpet, underlay and door bars then an installation date was set. The team arrived and fitted carpet throughout. The finish of the fitting was top class and the house looks amazing given the quality of the carpet and the feel on your feet is soft and comfortable given the advice on underlay. If your looking for carpet and flooring then Spartan are definitely the team that you need to speak too and I'd highly recommend. 5 stars from me - well done guys ! Thanks.

Had the whole of the upstairs flooring and stairs done in the house. Had a great quote of them and then the installers worked fast and got it all done in a day and half, the installers were cool guys to (great taste in music) the flooring looks amazing and I am super happy with the end result.

Used Sparten to renovate our house, we had a number of different style flooring in multiple rooms around the house. Gareth was very helpful and helped us decide what would look best where. He was very quick at getting back to us with a fair price. They turned up on time when they said they would and kept any mess to a minimal. Would highly recommend using Gareth and his team for any flooring needs you have.
