Floor-de-lee Carpets and Flooring

Second job Floor-de-Lee have done for us completed hallway 2 years ago which still looks fabulous and they have just completed bathroom floor. I was a little uneasy as we decided to lay over existing tiles and had to go up to bath with a few funny corners but what an amazing job he has done so so pleased should have done it years ago as hated original floor.

Excellent service from the whole team from the minute you walk into the showroom. Very professional service and all so accommodating. The fitters have done and amazing job. 5 star service from start to finish.

We bought a new build house wary of potential issues with production. In general we’re pleased with the house, however the kitchen floor had no primer laid down, whether this is a new build money saving business model I don’t know.

Floor De Lee called the new build company out on the issue, who in fairness agreed to pay for the floor grinding before the Amitico floor lay could begin. We’re really happy with the end result, the installers did an awesome job and the staff at the showroom were super helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend, great integrity and professional work, 5 stars!

So very pleased with our new kitchen floor from Floor-de-lee. Right from our first visit to the showroom to the finish our experience has been positive. From Rebecca in the showroom who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Lee arrived exactly when he said he would to measure up. Anthony and Luke coming to do the prep work, followed by Leighton laying the floor on a rather warm Saturday. Everyone has been so helpful, courteous and professional. This is the first time we’ve used Floor-de-lee and won’t be the last! We highly recommend them.

The floor de lee team (Lee, Leyton, Luke, Antony, Rebecca and Julia) were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly professional, efficient and accommodating. The quality of service was outstanding from first contact in the shop to final fit and tweaks. Their knowledge of the products and conditions necessary for fitting were excellent. Rebecca kept us informed of the schedule day to day and was always available for queries. They have been pivotal in making our house a home and would highly recommend their services.

Couldn't be more impressed with this place. Such friendly, helpful service. Flooring was bought as part of a larger project so already had a fitter for the job, but the team gave us so much advice and guidance, even several months after the sale was completed we went back to them for advice and they were so helpful. They really care about making sure you're happy with your product. Will go straight back here next time I need new flooring!

Floor De Lee have always provided exceptional service. We have used them on 3 separate occasions and the end product and quality of fitting is always excellent. They are really knowledgeable about the products they offer, Julia and Lee were very helpful. When it comes to installation they are also perfectionists, Leighton has done such a good job with our Amtico install - we are so pleased with the latest install which included fitting new skirting boards and blending the Amtico flooring in the hall (a previous install) to the new floor in the living room. Highly recommended.
