Nothing wrong with the carpet however when you pay for 4m width carpet and it turns up 3.77 wide then it becomes and issue. They cut the length fine but why say it comes in 4m or 5m width when it’s only 3.77m wide???? Ended up having to put a join in and overpaying by £14 for the 8m x 0.23m that was missing???

Had some artificial grass from Jack, looks good in the garden, really happy, ready for summer!

Helpful, friendly service without following you around while you look. We got exactly what we were looking for and at a good price – always good to support a smaller local company. Their fitter, Gary and his mate did a first class job in fitting the carpet. Thanks more than happy to recommend JB carpets.

Great service from Jack Junior, measuring up and advising. Granted, the carpet we chose was not top of the line, but when laid, some wrinkles were evident. I was told they’d settle but they haven’t. Emailed JB a couple of weeks ago about this but had no reply. UPDATE: JACK FROM JB has been in touch to remedy the situation.

Amazing Service start to finish the fitters was father and son, Dan , very happy with there work very clean and polite the price was good we have 4 bedrooms and stairs and landing all the same carpet we love it

Polite helpful have done numerous carpet fittings in our house recommend them highly have installed wood flooring carpets and lino cant recommend them highly enough.
