Poor choice poor attitude

Good prices and carpet fitting service but let down by the fitters seeming lack of respect for customers in their own home. Had carpets fitted yesterday but neither fitter wore a face covering during the two and a half hours which the fitting took. I politely asked them on more than one occasion to put masks on as they were working in my home and I would be more comfortable if they wore a mask but both refused. One fitter was then quite happy to go outside and light up a cigarette whilst getting some items from their van. He then proceeded to walk back into my home with the lit cigarette still in his mouth. Good workmanship in fitting the carpets but let down by a slightly unprofessional attitude.

Fantastic service, very professional and friendly but above all completly skilful. Amazing service...nothing is too much trouble. 100% recommend!!
