I am surprised at the first review! We have used Cei Carpets on several occasions and found all the staff friendly and helpful. If you don't find anyone in the showroom, call and leave a message - they have always returned my calls.

Tried to purchase vinyl flooring. No one was there to help as they are only there 3days a week. When I called their mobile & asked for a call back I didn't hear back from them. Not the way to get customers. Very disappointed. Ended up buying on line.
