Thank you Powys Carpets and Doreen for helping me to choose my carpet. First time I have bought carpets and found your company to be kind and very helpful, as I couldnt decide what to choose. Shocked at how much choice there was with the range of carpers on show and sample books to choose from. The carpet fitters were clean and tidy and left the new carpets looking very nice. Thank you for a good job done.

Very Happy with the carpet that has just been fitted for me. The local business was very approachable and have used them in past. will definitely be coming back in the future as i received a quality service and great carpet.

This company are the worst we have ever used, we like to use local business, but this was the worst experience. The fitter left use in a terrible mess with fluff all over the new carpet, and it took ages to hoover to get it clean, and as elderly it was very difficult.

I bought a large rug 😃 and I love it. Lovely lady in the shop, but please provide her with some lightweight step ladders. The one she brought out were really old and heavy. Thanks, good price and service.

After a tough year I wanted to shop local so made an appointment in store for Powys Carpets to come and measure for 4 rooms to be recarpeted. Day arrived and they were a no show , but more annoyingly not even a phone call from them.Not good enough and they have lost a good sale. Very poor .

Popped into the shop on the off chance when passing through during my holiday in the area. Found a remnant that is as close to a perfect match as I can get, and at a price that was right. Many thanks!
